My name is Brittany and I'm a LPC and NCC in the state of Alabama. I have been practicing counseling since 2016 in a variety of settings including private practice, collegiate EAP, and in clinical outpatient work. I recieved my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Alabama (Roar Lions!) in 2016 and have lived in the Greater Birmingham area since 2015. I consider my personal counseling style to be integrated, combining ideas from different counseling theories with the focus of the work being the client's needs. I believe counseling is most effective when there is honest and open communication between the clinician and the client and I work continuously to provide that.
In my spare time, I'm a spouse and parent (to one little girl and a small farm of dogs and cats). I enjoy craft projects, all things pop culture and geeky, and a good book. I volunteer as a collegiate chapter advisor for a sorority at the University of Montevallo.
